RSVP Volunteer Opportunities

RSVP projects include our outreach to the homeless through our sleeping MATS program featured elsewhere on this website and in our Community Action News link. Click here to learn about an RSVP project to help local homeless!

RSVP conducts various information seminars to the public and community including gardening classes in cooperation with Community Services. Radon Gas Awareness and home safety surveys for senior citizens.

RSVP is involved in the Poverty Simulations that are conducted by Community Action to increase the awareness and bring forward how it feels to be trapped in poverty. The information about the poverty simulations can also be found in our Community Action News links.

Below are some examples of opportunities that exist in the various counties served by RSVP. This is certainly not an exhaustive list but is an example of some areas that RSVP finds them involved in.
