Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program
(LIHEAP)
Our LIHEAP program assists income-eligible households with home heating costs through two different programs: Subsidy (typically in November and December) and Crisis (typically January through March).
LIHEAP - Subsidy
With our LIHEAP Subsidy program, we strive to assist all eligible households with their home heating costs by providing a one-time benefit, typically during November and December.
This year, applications for LIHEAP Subsidy will be taken at your local Community Services office or designated sites in each county from November 2, 2009 through December 11, 2009 in order by last name.

LIHEAP - Crisis
With our LIHEAP Crisis program, we strive to assist eligible households experiencing a home heating crisis from January through March.
This year, applications for LIHEAP Subsidy will be taken at your local Community Services office or designated sites in each county from January 4, 2010 through March 31, 2010 on a first-come first-served basis.
